How to check user accounts status?

Admins can verify the status of new accounts to monitor account verification, a security step that requires the user to verify his identity. When a card or a user is created on your company's account, the user will automatically be sent a verification email to the email address used.

You can monitor the status of such verifications, and if needed, you can resend the verification emails directly from the user section.

To do so, head on over to the user section, sort the "verified" column, and click on Send verification. The user will receive the verification email shortly.
